2. Review & Refinement – Our team will review your challenge and schedule a follow-up meeting to refine the scope, define expected outcomes, and ensure teams have the right information.
3. Collaboration & Action – Multidisciplinary teams of trained professionals will work on your challenge, applying insights from their training to develop innovative solutions.
4. Results & Next Steps – You’ll receive a summary of ideas, recommendations, and next steps. Your organization retains full ownership of the solutions generated.
