Join us for this Warm-Up Session of Global Green Action Day 2025, where we explore how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can drive the green transition. AI is not only a tool for efficiency—it has the potential to accelerate systemic change, combat misinformation, and enable more sustainable behaviors across industries.
WWF has recently released the report “How AI Can Unlock Green Transformation – Opportunities to Improve Conditions for Sustainable Change”, which explores how AI can support climate action, enable better decision-making, and tackle key obstacles such as disinformation and resistance to change.

🔹 Örjan Jansson – Global Programme Manager for Climate Innovations at WWF Sweden, leading global efforts to scale climate solutions. Örjan will present key insights from WWF’s latest report, exploring how AI can fact-check political debates, counter fake news, assist environmental law enforcement, and support businesses in making sustainable choices.
🔹 Luísa Baltazar – Global Thought Leader & Advisor on Innovation, Social Impact, and AI Strategy. With 25+ years of global experience, Luísa will explore how AI is reshaping leadership, ESG, and innovation strategy—unlocking new business opportunities and positive impact across industries.
🔹 Roberto Oliveira – Head of Growth at LTPlabs, an AI-focused consultancy for business transformation. Roberto will share how AI is helping organizations become more sustainable, while also shedding light on the practical limitations and trade-offs of emerging technologies.
🔹 Anders Hagström – Head of AI Adoption Private Sector at AI Sweden. Representing Sweden’s national center for applied AI, Anders will highlight how AI is being used to create sustainable value in areas like healthcare, energy, and the private sector.
