In this interactive and hands-on webinar, Mindshake introduces the ReEVOLUTIØN 6 model, an innovative framework designed to support sustainable transformation through circular strategies. Developed over three years of research and practice, the model is accompanied by the ReEVOLUTIØN Cards, a tool that enables professionals and organizations to explore circular innovation in an engaging and structured way.
Facilitated by Joana Alves dos Santos and Katja Tschimmel, this session combines thought-provoking insights with participatory exercises in MIRO, encouraging participants to actively engage with circular strategies and actions. Through guided interactions, participants will experience how strategic decision-making can shape more circular and sustainable solutions.

Joana Alves dos Santos & Katja Tschimmel – Mindshake
Joana Alves dos Santos and Katja Tschimmel are design thinkers, facilitators, and researchers in innovation. At Mindshake, they lead creative and collaborative processes to drive the transition to a circular economy.
Katja, founder of Mindshake, is an internationally recognized expert in Design Thinking and Creativity, with extensive experience in consultancy, training, and applied research in innovation. Joana, a PhD candidate in Design, works at the intersection of Design Thinking, public policies, and circular practices, bringing a critical and experimental approach to participatory processes.
Together, they developed the ReEVOLUTIØN 6 model and the ReEVOLUTIØN Cards, tools designed to empower professionals and organizations in creating impactful circular solutions.
